Graduating High School Seniors and New College Applicants: The online application for Outer Banks Community Foundation scholarships is now closed and will reopen in February 2019 (specific date to be advised). All scholarship winners will be announced at their high school award ceremonies in May and June, if applicable, or via US Mail or email.

Renewal Candidates:
If you have a current, renewable scholarship from the Outer Banks Community Foundation, you will receive two emails and/or a letter from us in early March 2019 with instructions on how to apply for renewal. They will be sent to the contact information you provided on your Scholarship Response Form from last year. The deadline for the renewal application will be approximately two weeks later (in March 2019 – specific date to be advised). Do not complete a new application; instead, follow the link we provide to your abbreviated renewal application. All applicants will receive a letter with the renewal decision in May or June. Scholarship renewals may be dependent on specific scholarship criteria, including full-time enrollment, intended/declared major, and/or GPA. It is critical that renewal scholarship candidates keep us posted with their most current contact information in order to receive this invitation and decision.
