Graduating High School Seniors: The online application for 2020 scholarships is now open. Click here to learn all the details and to apply. Applications are due by 11:59 pm on Sunday, March 22, 2020.
Renewal Candidates: If you have a current, renewable scholarship from the Outer Banks Community Foundation, you will receive two emails and/or a letter from us in early March with instructions on how to apply for renewal. These will be sent to the contact information you provided on your Scholarship Response Form from last year so make sure your information is correct (log into your account at www.smarterselect.com and verify that is the case). The deadline for the renewal application is 11:59 pm on Sunday, March 22, 2020. All applicants will receive a letter with the renewal decision in May or June. Please note that scholarship renewals may be dependent on specific scholarship criteria, including full-time enrollment, intended/declared major, and/or GPA.
COA Students: Please contact the College to see if you qualify for any of our scholarships administered by College of The Albemarle, including the need-based Milton A. Jewell Trade and Technical Scholarship program for Dare County continuing education students. These applications are handled by the College Workforce Development & Career Readiness Department.
