Board member, Lila Schiffman, participates at Art in the Garden at the Elizabethan Gardens on September 20, 2008.  The Foundation awarded a grant for the event that helped support the Elizabethan Gardens, the Community Care Clinic of Dare and the Dare Home, Health and Hospice.
